For our Google Ads, SEO, and Website hosting, these are typically recurring purchases and billed monthly. We usually bill on the at the end of the month for the work we have done in that month.
For one off purcahses there may be a deposit required to be paid up front before we commence work. An invoice for this will be iussued after you provide confirmation for us to get started on the project. This invoice is due within 7 days and the sooner it is paid the sooner we can get started on the project.
Regarding any proposals or quotes we provide:
If you have been billed in error, please advise us as soon as possible so that we rectify this. If we have already billed your credit card or you have paid by internet banking, we will process a refund within 2 business days. If you have up coming invoices for monthly services, you can optionally advise us to apply the overpayment to a future invoice.
In addition to calling to advise of any cancellation so that it happens prompty, please also email us to confirm in writting of your request for us to stop working on your campaigns or projects.
You can cancel monthly or annual recurring services at any time. Any current work being undertaken will be completed for the current billing period or term and payment for the current period or term is still due.
Cancellation of any one off projects such as website design, can be made at any time. Note that there will be a fee associated with the work done to date. We will issue an invoice for this work done to date if it is more than the deposit paid, or deduct it from the deposit and refund you the balance within 10 business days of cancellation.
If you require help migrating your website to another provider, we can help with that, although there may be a fee to provide the service. Please call or email to provide details of the migration so that we can provide pricing.
